HAZA BELL is seeking an Assistant Manager in Perth Amboy, NJ to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will supervise the team, manage scheduling, ensure food safety, and help control costs while maintaining Taco Bell standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire team members.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shifts.
• Team Management and Development: Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; schedule shifts and manage staffing.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service, address inquiries, resolve complaints, uphold hospitality standards.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales and expenses, control costs, and analyze financial reports.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Manage inventory levels and order supplies to meet needs.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure health, safety, sanitation regulations compliance; conduct inspections and audits.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate operational updates and collaborate with kitchen staff and others to deliver seamless service.
