HAZA BELL, a Taco Bell franchisee in Omaha, seeks an energetic Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in daily operations. You will help lead shifts, uphold food safety, and drive guest satisfaction while developing team members.

You will supervise crew and shift leads, manage schedules, monitor financial targets, and ensure consistent brand standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations and shifts.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, sanitation standards, and food safety compliance.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and training of crew members and shift leaders.
• Support in analyzing sales, costs, and labor to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and brand standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
