Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to work closely with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will coordinate communication within the management team to meet restaurant goals and drive sales by delivering a superior guest experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in food service management, a Food Manager or ServSafe certification, and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in food service management (preferred).
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certification required.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Coordinate and communicate within the management team to meet goals.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of FOH & BOH staff.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health standards.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and vendor invoicing.
• Control labor and food costs to meet targets.
• Ensure proper execution of SOPs and quality standards.
