Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in related food service management.
• Must have Food Manager Certification or ServSafe.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH & BOH team.
• Train and develop team members.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Manage inventory and labor costs.
• Open/close shifts and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and issue resolution.
