Ayvaz Pizza in Del Rio, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist with daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, prompt, high-quality service and a clean, inviting environment.

You will work with the General Manager and district team to uphold standards and develop your management goals, with internal growth opportunities and a benefits program based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
