Jersey Mike's Redmond Ridge is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to run daily restaurant operations, build a positive, high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will lead shifts, support hiring and training, monitor labor and food quality, manage inventory and costs, and uphold safety standards while fostering a positive, accountable, team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality across shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, deliveries, and food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and drive positive resolutions.
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and attainment of performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed and foster a positive, team-first culture.
