You will coach and mentor staff, assist with hiring and training, and ensure top-notch guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager.

• Monitor labor, productivity, and costs to optimize performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, deliveries, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
