Job summary

AES Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience across shifts. You’ll set the tone when in charge and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, with your crew counting on your leadership.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive performance in areas like operations, P&L, and guest satisfaction, while coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
