Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a team toward delivering a positive guest experience, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead by example, ensuring staff adherence to processes and guest satisfaction across shifts.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, manage operations, and apply AES Systems to maintain strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull and reach.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, including cash handling & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
