Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and staff across all departments. You will train and coach team members, assist with administrative reporting, and help ensure exceptional guest service and safety standards.

This role offers growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre/General Manager tracks. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre.
• Cross-train in all departments to support where needed.
• Train and coach team members in job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety, dress code, and guidelines.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
