Zaxbys in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest experiences exceed expectations, and coach the team to meet quality and service standards. The role requires leadership, scheduling, and people skills to drive performance and culture.

You will manage training, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and support the General Manager in achieving goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure restaurant delivers great guest experiences and adheres to standards.
• Create effective work schedules following company policies and local laws.
• Supervise and coach team members to perform at their best and meet quarterly goals.
• Maintain product quality, service, and cleanliness standards daily.
• Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with reviews.
• Maintain compliance with policies and safety guidelines; report HR issues quickly.
