Job summary

Zaxbys in Florida is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain restaurant standards.

You will lead a team, train staff, plan schedules, manage performance, and uphold safety and service quality under the direction of the General Manager.

This role offers quarterly bonus potential up to 12% of earnings, free meals on shift, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for advancement with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32–48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Leadership qualities and organizational skills; prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
• Create and maintain shift schedules and delegate tasks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Escalate performance concerns to the General Manager and assist with reviews.
