Zaxbys is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to standards. You will train staff, manage schedules, coach performance, and sustain a positive team culture while meeting policy guidelines.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends. Salary, benefits, and advancement opportunities accompany this full-time role.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• 1–3 years management experience; restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan and Manager Certification.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Create an effective work schedule following company standards and local laws.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach team members to perform at their highest level.
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Address guest and team member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition.
