BURGER KING in San Antonio is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, develop servant leaders, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will coach teams, monitor service speed, and ensure a welcoming, clean restaurant that reflects brand standards.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, HACCP/logs, cost controls, and teamwork with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
