Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age requirement
• HS diploma or GED; 2 years college preferred
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability impact
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and conducts daily, weekly and monthly inspections
• Places and receives inventory truck orders
• Maintains and monitors restaurant assets list
• Ensures preventative maintenance with external vendors per standards
• Executes cash control and security procedures
• Motivates and directs team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility
• Coaches and develops Shift Coordinators and Team Members
• Directs operations to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of products
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
