Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products in line with company standards. You will support daily operations and help learn restaurant management responsibilities to drive guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes reliable team leadership, adherence to safety and sanitation, and flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant shift management or similar leadership role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
