Fourteen Foods Career Center in Hinckley, MN seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and prepare high‑quality food in alignment with Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

You will supervise shifts, help train crew, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage inventories, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Food handler permit or ServSafe certification preferred where required.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
