Zax LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Statesboro, GA. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach staff to meet safety and service standards. Competitive hourly pay with bonus potential and benefits are offered.

18+ with reliable transportation, flexible schedule, and background check required. Previous restaurant/leadership experience is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within Zax LLC.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• 1-3 years management experience required.
• Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules that meet company standards and local laws.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve quarterly goals and service standards.
• Ensure food safety, product quality, and cleanliness across all areas.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with all guidelines and laws.
