Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of background check.
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others; 1-3 years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and coaching to meet standards.
Create and manage shift schedules following policy and local laws.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve quarterly goals.
Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness meet brand expectations.
Maintain compliance with all guidelines, safety procedures, and training requirements.
Escalate issues to General Manager and District Manager as needed.
