Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As an Assistant Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and carry items, and manage physical tasks.

Responsibilities
