Circle K in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations and coach team members. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM will lead and coach the team, handle shift responsibilities, and contribute to achieving financial and operational metrics. This role requires flexibility across all shifts and a strong commitment to guest service.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
• Partners with the RM and takes ownership to ensure all financial and operational metrics are met
