Ayvaz Pizza in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help manage daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and help maintain standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of assistant manager experience in a busy food service setting. Weekend/holiday shifts and valid transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
