Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Under the direction of the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, schedule staff, control costs, hire and train team, and coach performance while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and staff development.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
