Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Greensboro, NC, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will help run the daily operations and ensure that every guest experiences friendly, personalized service with great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic team player to join our team and support the General Manager, District Manager, and staff in maintaining high operational standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and staff development.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
