Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, timely service with great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Under the General Manager, you will manage staff, schedules, and training; promote teamwork; and help uphold health, safety, and quality standards. This role requires leadership, flexibility for weekends/holidays, and a drive to develop within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
