Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean environment.

The role requires leading a fast-paced team, scheduling staff, and ensuring operational standards while coordinating with the District Manager and other team members to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver-s License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations and ensure smooth service.
• Create and manage staff schedules and interview, hire, train, orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.
