Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and ensure friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

The role requires 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts. You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold standards and develop the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
