Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, deliver friendly service, and ensure great food in a clean environment. You will support the General Manager and District Manager, lead a team in a fast-paced setting, and help maintain standards and procedures with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This role offers ongoing training and development, with opportunities for internal promotions based on performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and records.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met; set a positive work environment.
