Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the General Manager and requires leadership, scheduling, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving and customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and contribute to budget adherence.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train, and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff; foster positive team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
