Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence. You will help the General Manager with scheduling, training, and maintaining quality food and a clean, inviting environment.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume setting, flexibility for rotating shifts including holidays, and a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and transportation access.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations, financial controls, and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Maintain a welcoming, fun family environment in the restaurant.
