Fourteen Foods Career Center seeks an attentive Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure top-quality customer service and product standards in our Orlando location. You will support for learning and applying restaurant management duties, while guiding team members during busy shifts.

The role requires at least two years in a restaurant management or supervisory position, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant shift/assistant manager or similar leadership role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• ServSafe Certification and/or Food Handler’s Permit (where required).
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
