Job summary

The Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding company standards and learning restaurant management duties.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in a restaurant leadership role, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. The position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
