MGM National Harbor is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager for TAP. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, plan floor coverage, and ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires at least two years in Food & Beverage, supervisory experience preferred, and you must be 21+ years old. Benefits include meals, parking, and health programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have at least two years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior Food & Beverage supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations.
• Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation.
• Perform employee evaluations and manage attendance issues.
• Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues.
• Order supplies through the IP System and prepare purchase requisitions for outlets or departments.
• Keep inventory forms and stocking areas updated.
• Inspect food coming from support departments to assure freshness and quality.
• Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
