Job summary

MGM Resorts International at National Harbor, Maryland seeks an Assistant General Manager Food & Beverage to lead daily operations across multiple outlets. You will partner with General Managers to drive financial results, guest satisfaction, and service excellence, while overseeing staffing, training, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in F&B with supervisory experience, a 21+ age, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of prior F&B experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supervising multiple outlets/restaurants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory and service standards across multiple outlets.
• Partner with General Managers to execute business plans, financial goals and F&B initiatives.
• Support HR duties including hiring, training, coaching and recognition.
• Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu execution and service excellence.
• Ensure health, safety and company policies are followed.
