You will partner with General Managers to drive financial results, guest satisfaction, and service excellence, while overseeing staffing, training, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in F&B with supervisory experience, a 21+ age, and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of prior F&B experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supervising multiple outlets/restaurants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory and service standards across multiple outlets.
• Partner with General Managers to execute business plans, financial goals and F&B initiatives.
• Support HR duties including hiring, training, coaching and recognition.
• Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu execution and service excellence.

THE JOB

As an Assistant General Manager Food & Beverage, you’ll support multiple outlets across the property, working side by side with the General Managers of each outlets to drive operations, inspire teams, and deliver unforgettable WOW guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily restaurant performance — from staffing, scheduling, and training to financial results, guest satisfaction, and seamless service execution— while ensuring every venue runs at its peak.

THE STARTING RATE

• $70K to $75K

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards across multiple outlets.
• Partner with the General Managers of each outlet to execute business plans, financial goals, and F&B initiatives.
• Support HR responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, succession planning, and team recognition.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate experiences.
• Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to maintain seamless service, menu execution, and operational excellence.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company policies while driving best-in-class service culture.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage.
• Prior Food & Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Prior experience overseeing multi venues/restaurants preferred.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is:

$62,300.00 - $83,100.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
