Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage.
• Supervise dining room service during operational hours.
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
• Collaborate with the Chef on food service and menu plans.
• Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs.
• Order supplies and manage inventory effectively.
• Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments.
• Interact with guests for special requests and reservations.
