Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in Food & Beverage.
• Supervisory/managerial experience in F&B preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple venues/restaurants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor, scheduling, inventory, and service standards.
• Partner with outlet GMs to execute business plans and financial goals.
• Support HR responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, and recognition.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with chefs to maintain service excellence and menu execution.
• Ensure health, safety, and policy compliance while driving service culture.
