McDonald's locally owned and operated restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager to learn and lead across kitchen, hospitality, technology and people departments, driving quality, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Department:
   • Execute inventory management, ensuring optimal food cost and profitability

3. Technology Department:
   • Keep all equipment in working order

Requirements:
