Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence and drive team performance.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence and food safety standards.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members; foster equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
