Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, train and coach the team, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll run daily operations in the GM’s absence and help steer the restaurant toward excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Ability to assist with P&L management and labor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to train, coach, and recognize team members.
• Take charge of daily restaurant operations in GM’s absence.
• Oversee adherence to food safety standards and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance assessments and hiring.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support with cash control, security procedures, and inventory management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
