Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards in the GM's absence.
• Provide feedback and address employee relations issues as they arise.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and inclusion.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and safety standards.
