Job summary

The Assistant General Manager has accountability for the successful operation, growth and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli's Restaurant through the execution of People.Sales.Profit.

Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team succession, building community relationships, driving sales, and maximizing profitability with strong integrity and sound management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant General Manager or equivalent in fast casual/quick service.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must successfully complete Fazoli's training and certifications including SERV Safe.
• Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing the restaurant team succession and bench strength using internal processes and systems.
• Build professional business relationships within the community to generate mutually beneficial opportunities and drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Assist in maximizing profitability by enforcing policies, controls and safe operations while minimizing waste and loss.
