Job summary

Fazoli’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant. You will lead staff, ensure top-notch customer service, maintain food quality, and drive profitability while upholding Fazoli’s standards.

The role focuses on staff development, shift supervision, and operational excellence to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate, develop, and coach a team.
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Assist GM in leading, developing, and motivating staff to achieve performance goals and service standards.
Recruit, train, and onboard new employees; ensure policy understanding.
Provide coaching to staff to improve performance and professional growth.
Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow and guest service.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to Fazoli’s standards.
Help manage budget, labor, and inventory to meet targets.
Train staff on safety and sanitation procedures; enforce health policies.
