Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee the successful operation, growth and prosperity of a Fazoli's Restaurant. You will support the GM in developing the team, building community relationships and driving sales and profitability.

Experience in fast casual/quick service preferred; must complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certifications. Availability for full restaurant hours and willingness to transfer to other Fazoli's locations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as Assistant GM for external candidates; 1 year as Assistant Manager for internal candidates; Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team succession and bench strength to ensure operational standards and financial goals.
• Works with the General Manager to build community relationships and drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Assists in maximizing restaurant profitability by applying effective management practices, controls, and safety policies.
