Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and protect guest and team experiences. You will work with the General Manager to develop the restaurant team, maintain standards, and execute the company's People.Sales.Profit framework.

The role requires at least 1 year of Assistant General Manager or equivalent leadership in fast casual, SERV Safe certification, willingness to work all shifts, and a focus on safety, cost controls, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience as Assistant General Manager (External Candidates).
• 1 year experience as Fazoli's Assistant Manager with strong performance (Internal Candidates).
• Must complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant in partnership with the General Manager to meet people, sales and profit goals.
• Develop team succession plans and bench strength through internal development processes.
• Build relationships within the community to drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Ensure profitability through effective controls, safety practices and waste reduction.
