Job summary

Fazoli's Career Center seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive growth and profitability, and support staff development. You will work with the General Manager to build a strong team, nurture community relations and ensure quality service.

You will help execute marketing plans, manage schedules, and monitor financial performance while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work all restaurant hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum external AGM experience; internal candidates need 1 year as Assistant Manager.
• SERV Safe training and Fazoli's certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team and bench strength.
• Build community relationships and partnerships to generate in-house and off-premises sales.
• Maximize profitability by enforcing policies, controls and safe work environments.
• Communicate and recruit effectively to diverse internal/external clients.
• Plan scheduling, orders and analyze weekly results with GM.
