Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking a General Manager responsible for the successful operation, growth, and profitability of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through People, Sales and Profit execution.

You will attract and onboard the restaurant team, develop succession, and build strong community relationships to drive brand awareness and in-house and off-premise sales. The role requires leadership, integrity and a results-driven mindset to maximize restaurant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 and valid driver's license.
• External candidates: 3+ years GM experience; internal: 1+ years as Fazoli’s AGM with recommendations.
• All candidates must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certifications.
• Must be available to work all restaurant hours; schedule includes various shifts.
• Must be able to transfer to other Fazoli’s locations as needed.
• Maintain safety & security policies for staff, guests and assets.
• Background, motor vehicle record and reference checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees People: attracts, interviews, selects and onboards the restaurant team; develops succession and bench strength.
• Oversees Sales: builds community relationships, drives in-house and off-premise sales per marketing plans.
• Oversees Profit: optimizes profitability through controls, policies and systems to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Leadership: communicates effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders; motivates teams to achieve goals.
