Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Lexington, NC to lead daily operations, train and coach staff, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Model the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee adherence to Shift Excellence and food-safety standards; act in GM's absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with an inclusive culture.
• Support P&L management, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
