Job summary

Carl’s Jr. in the Los Angeles area seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, manage labor and food costs, and ensure a clean, guest-friendly environment.

You will work alongside the General Manager and participate in a comprehensive onboarding before transitioning to a home store in Glendale or Sun Valley. The AGM leads by example, maintains brand standards, schedules staff, assists in inventory and operations, and drives customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in directing daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve key results.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory orders, and labor control.
• Maintain food safety, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
• Travel between company locations to support operations as needed.
• Analyze sales and labor trends to meet margin targets.
