You will coach and develop restaurant teams, supervise service, food safety, and cleanliness, manage schedules and inventory, and collaborate with HR on employee relations while ensuring sales, labor, and controllables meet targets. Travel between company locations may be required to support operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between locations.

• Coach and develop staff, manage staffing and inventory, and ensure food safety and quality.
